Unable to Bind/Pair Device: QR Registration Code is showing '00000'

Please make sure you are using your included SIM card and that it has been activated. You can activate this at www.angelwatchco.com/activate.

If you're not sure if this has been done, please either log into your Red Pocket Mobile account or call and check with them.

After successful activation, remove and re-insert the SIM card with the chip face up, cut the corner going in first, and pushed down using the black SIM tool until it clicks into place. If you need to take it out first, push it in with the SIM tool until it clicks in and bounces out.

Then on the watch go to Settings - Reboot.

When the watch restarts, swipe down on the watch screen and confirm you should see 4G with at least two bars of service. (If not, please go here)

If you see 4G with bars on the watch, go to the QR Code app and tap Reg Code to register with the app. If you see 0's under the QR code, you may need to wait 5-10 mins for the code to change. If it doesn't, please reboot after 10 mins and it should change by itself in less than five minutes.

When the code changes to alphanumeric by itself, you'll be able to register the watch.

If you're using the Angel Watch SIM (Red Pocket Mobile's GSMT), go to Settings-Mobile Networks-APN and make sure to use 'Fast.t-mobile.com' as your APN setting to allow data to flow back and forth correctly.

If you're using any other international SIM card, please make sure you have selected your network's correct APN setting.
