Unable to Bind/Pair Device: QR Registration Code is showing '00000'

After your SIM card has been successfully activated, please follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the SIM card from the watch and re-insert it.
  2. On the watch, go to SETTINGS → REBOOT and allow the watch to restart.

Once the watch powers back on, swipe down on the watch screen and confirm that you see 4G with at least two bars of service.
If you do not see this, please visit the help article linked here.
If you do see 4G with service bars, open the QR Code app on the watch and tap RegCode to begin registration with the Angel Watch™ app.

  • If the QR code shows all 0’s, please wait 5–10 minutes for it to change automatically.
  • If it does not change after 10 minutes, reboot the watch once more. The code should update on its own within a few minutes.

Once the code changes to an alphanumeric code, you’ll be able to register the watch successfully in the app.
