Where's the code to register the watch?

On the watch, swipe across to the QR Code app and tap RegCode to display the registration code.
Before registering, please make sure that:

  • You are using an activated SIM card
  • The SIM card is inserted correctly
  • The watch was rebooted after installing the SIM

After the watch restarts, swipe down on the watch screen and confirm that you see 4G with at least two bars of service.
If you do not see this, please check the watch for any available system updates.
Next, return to the QR Code app and tap RegCode again to register the watch with the Angel Watch™ app.

  • If the QR code shows all 0’s, please wait 5–10 minutes for it to update automatically.
  • If it does not change after 10 minutes, reboot the watch once more. The code should update on its own within a few minutes.

Once the code changes to an alphanumeric code, you’ll be able to register the watch successfully.
If you are using the Angel Watch™ SIM card selected at the time of purchase, please confirm that it has been fully activated (steps linked here).
If you are using an international SIM card, ensure that the correct Android APN settings for your network provider are selected, or contact your carrier directly for assistance.
