Unable to log into app after successful initial registration

If your password keeps deleting as you enter it, this usually means it doesn’t meet the required format. Your password must be 8–16 characters long, use letters and numbers only (no special characters), and include at least one capital letter.

Please tap Forgot Password and set a new password that follows these rules.
If this is not the issue and you’re able to log in but unable to register the Angel Watch™, please check the watch name during registration. Make sure there are no apostrophes or special characters in the name field.

For example, enter Sarah instead of Sarah’s Phone.

After making this change, you should be able to log in and complete the registration successfully.
