First, confirm your watch is connected to your wifi under the settings.
After its connected check for the firmware update under:
- Settings
- Scroll down to More
- Device Info
- Wireless Update
You must remain on the Wireless Update Screen until the option (Install Now) comes up. Once installed please fully reset your watch for the best functionality with the new firmware.
