I can't add my watch to the app account

To register your Angel Watch™ successfully, please follow the steps below carefully:

Finding Your Registration (RegCode)

1. On the watch, open the QR Code app.
2. Tap RegCode to display your unique registration code.
3. The code should appear as a random combination of letters and numbers.

Registering the Watch in the App

1. Open the Angel Watch™ app on your phone.
2. Tap the [-] button to open the QR code scanner.
3. Scan the RegCode QR code displayed on the watch.
4. Enter your child’s name in the Nickname field and select your relationship (for example: I am Dad).

⚠️ Please make sure the nickname contains letters only.
Examples:

• ✅ Annabel
• ❌ Annabel’s Watch
• ❌ A-Watch

If the RegCode Shows 000000

If your RegCode displays 000000, please do the following:

1. Remove the SIM card by gently pushing it in until it unclicks and pops out.
2. Reinsert the SIM card:
   • Chip facing up
   • Cut corner going in first
   • Use the black SIM tool to push the SIM card in firmly until it clicks into place
3. Insert the SIM tray back into the left side of the watch.
4. Go to Settings → Reboot.
5. Reopen the QR Code app and check the RegCode.

⏳ It may take up to 5 minutes for the code to change from zeros to letters and numbers.

• If it does not update, reboot the watch one more time and wait an additional 5 minutes.
• If the RegCode still shows 000000 after two reboots and 10 minutes, please contact us for further assistance.
