Notifications of video calls or messages aren’t working correctly

For incoming notifications to be received on your device, please make sure that you have

  1. Allowed ALL permissions on your device. You can check this in your device’s app settings. Look for the Angel Watch app in your device’s Settings menu and ensure that you have all notifications enabled.

“Allow Notifications” must be enabled and your alerts should be on (checked) for Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners. Please ensure that you Banner Style is also set to ‘Temporary’ and that Sounds & Badges is also switched on.

Also ensure that previews are shown when your device screen is locked.

  1. Ensure that you have allowed the app to run in the background. This is usually in the same menu as above and labelled similarly to “Background App Refresh”. Make sure this is activated.

  2. Make sure your “Mobile Data’ is also switched on.
