To make sure you receive all incoming notifications from your Angel Watch, please confirm the following settings on your phone:
1. Allow All App Permissions & Notifications
Go to your phone’s Settings and locate the Angel Watch app. Make sure all permissions are allowed.
Under Notifications, confirm the following:
- Allow Notifications is enabled
- Alerts are enabled for:
- Lock Screen
- Notification Center
- Banners
- Banner Style is set to Temporary
- Sounds and Badges are turned on
- Show Previews is enabled, even when the screen is locked
These settings ensure notifications are visible and delivered promptly.
2. Allow Background App Activity
Make sure the Angel Watch app is allowed to run in the background:
- Look for a setting such as Background App Refresh
- Ensure it is enabled for the Angel Watch app
If background activity is disabled, notifications may not be delivered in real time.
3. Confirm Mobile Data Is Enabled
Ensure Mobile Data / Cellular Data is turned on for your device and allowed for the Angel Watch app specifically.
Once these settings are confirmed, notifications should begin working normally.
