How do I return or exchange my Angel Watch?

You'll have 14 days from the date of delivery to try out your Angel Watch™ and see if you'll like it!

Within those 14 days, you are more than welcome to return it for a 100% product refund on complete returns after speaking with customer service. Incomplete or customer-damaged returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. This is discretionary but don’t worry, we’re reasonable. The legal line is Angel Watch Co reserves all rights to assign an incontestable value to incomplete returns.

We define a complete return as exactly what you received in the first place, without any physical damage, minus the shrink wrap of course. (All return requests without contact for assistance to our customer service team will be rejected, pictures must be included to confirm it's defective)

For warranty-related exchanges, your device is protected by our 1-year manufacturer's warranty ensuring you have an Angel Watch™ that works like it's supposed to!  Please note that warranty claims cannot be made for physical, cosmetic, or water-related damage.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with convenient and free print-at-home shipping labels for your return which must be handed over to your mail provider within 7 days of the approval.

To avoid backlogging, approved return or exchange requests will be automatically marked as canceled if not sent back to us within 14 days of your return approval.
