How do I return or exchange my Angel Watch?

Returns & Warranty Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to try your Angel Watch™ and decide if it’s the right fit for your family.
Within this 14-day period, you may request a return for a 100% product refund on complete and undamaged returns, after first contacting our customer service team for assistance. Returns that are incomplete or show customer-caused damage may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Angel Watch Co. reserves the right to assign a value to incomplete returns.

A complete return includes everything originally received, in the same condition, with no physical damage (excluding the shrink wrap). Return requests submitted without contacting customer service or without the required photos to confirm a defect will be rejected.
After the 14-day trial period, your device is protected by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover physical damage, cosmetic damage, or water-related damage.

Once a return or warranty exchange is approved, we will provide a free print-at-home return shipping label. The package must be handed to your mail carrier within 7 days of approval.

To prevent delays and backlogs, approved return or exchange requests will be automatically canceled if the item is not shipped back within 14 days of approval.
