Canceling Your Enhanced Warranty Subscription
You may cancel your Enhanced Warranty Subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portal using the link provided. Simply enter the email address used for your order, and a secure magic login link will be sent to you—no password required.
Important information to note:
- Enhanced Warranty coverage ends immediately once the subscription is canceled.
- Re-subscribing is not possible after cancellation.
- Payments made toward Enhanced Warranty coverage are non-refundable for the time the device was owned.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription. Billing will continue until the subscription is canceled. Angel Watch is not responsible for subscriptions that were forgotten or left active.
If you returned your Angel Watch™ for a refund and forgot to cancel your Enhanced Warranty subscription and notice that charges are still occurring, please contact us. We will review your case and, if applicable, refund any eligible payments made after your return request was approved and cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.
