For refunds: we process refunds (less any applicable restocking fee) to your original payment method usually within seven days of your return’s delivery to us. If you have not received your refund by then, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we'll confirm receipt and process your refund request right away. Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm MST and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm MST.
For exchanges: We understand the need for your replacement to arrive quickly. Please track your return shipment and let us know as soon as you see it marked as delivered to us and we'll fast track your return inspection and have your replacement ordered and dispatched right away.
