As a wearable device, Angel Watch™ includes a 14-day home trial starting from the date your watch is delivered, allowing you to try the device at home and decide if it is right for your family. If you choose to return the watch during this period, you may begin the return process using your order number and email address. Returned items must be complete and undamaged; incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the return is received and inspected. After the 14-day home trial, Angel Watch™ is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical, cosmetic, or water damage. Approved U.S. returns must be shipped to The Angel Watch Company c/o ShipBob, Inc., 4254 Simonton Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, using a prepaid shipping label provided by Angel Watch™ once the return request is approved.
Non-U.S. Customers
International customers are covered by the same 14-day home trial, beginning on the date of delivery, to determine whether Angel Watch™ meets their needs. Customers outside of the United States are eligible for a 100% product refund, provided the return is complete and undamaged; incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the return is received and inspected. After the trial period, the watch is protected by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only and excluding physical, cosmetic, or water damage.
