When I call the Angel Watch, only the number appears, not the name

Please follow the steps below to refresh the contacts on your Angel Watch:

  1. Remove all contacts from the watch’s address book using the Angel Watch app
  2. Restart both the watch and the app
  3. Confirm that all contacts have been successfully removed

Once confirmed, re-add the contacts carefully using these guidelines:

  • Use letters only for contact names (no special characters)
    • Example: enter Dad, not Dad’s Phone
  • Enter phone numbers in international format
    • Include +1, followed by the area code and number
    • Do not use spaces or dashes
    • Example: +15551231234

Lastly, please make sure that Caller ID is enabled with your mobile service provider, as this is required for proper call identification on the watch.
