To perform a hard reboot, press and hold the power button on the side of the watch for 15–30 seconds until the watch restarts.
Please only use this method if you are experiencing an issue that prevents you from rebooting the watch through the normal menu path (Settings → Reboot).
A hard reboot can help resolve temporary issues when the watch becomes unresponsive.
