Logging in shows 'Account Error'

For your Angel Watch™ to work correctly, please make sure the Area on the login screen is set to North America.

If you see an “Account Error” message when trying to log in, please try selecting the other available account regions. One of them (the region where the account was accidentally created) should allow you to log in successfully.

Once logged in, please follow these steps:

  1. Tap ME in the app
  2. Select Delete Account
  3. Re-register a new account, making sure the Area is set to North America

You may use the same email address, as the previous account will be fully deleted.
This should resolve the login and connection issue.
