In the United States, network reliability and compatibility can vary significantly from state to state. A connection that works well in one area may perform differently in another.
If you are experiencing connectivity issues while using our AT&T SIM, you may need to add a configuration setting on the watch.
Step 1: Add a VoLTE Configuration
- Open Settings on the watch
- Go to Mobile Network → VoLTE → VoLTE Config → New
- Enter the following code exactly: 310030
- Tap Save
Step 2: Confirm the APN
- Go to Settings → Mobile Network → APN
- Select broadband
Step 3: Reboot the Watch
- Return to the main Settings menu
- Select Reboot to restart the watch
Once the watch restarts, allow a few minutes for the network to reconnect.
