I need a replacement SIM card

You should have received a SIM in your original package. It's not in the watch or the box but included separately.

If you did not receive one or feel your SIM card is damaged or not working correctly, you can order a replacement SIM card.

Order a replacement Red Pocket Mobile GSMT (T-Mobile) SIM card here or a replacement GSMA (AT&T) SIM card here.

If there are any issues with stock availability, you may order a replacement one from Red Pocket Mobile directly from here.  Please make sure you select the GSMT or GSMA option only!
