The Angel Watch battery typically lasts between 2–3 days, but battery life can vary depending on usage, settings, cellular network, signal strength, and other factors.
To help extend battery life, we recommend adjusting the Location Update Schedule in your Angel Watch™ app to Sleep Mode / Power Saving (On-Demand).
Location Update Options
On Android:
- Sleep Mode – Manually obtain position
- Power Saving Mode – Updates every hour
- Normal Mode – Updates every 10 minutes
On iOS:
- Power Saving Mode – On-demand position
- Everyday Mode – Updates every hour
- Outdoor Mode – Updates every 10 minutes
When using on-demand location, you can still check the watch’s current position at any time by tapping the map in the app. The watch simply won’t send automatic location updates unless requested, which helps conserve battery.
While using features like geo-fencing or location history, the Location Update Schedule must be set to update more frequently so the watch can continuously refresh its position. Please note that more frequent updates will result in increased battery usage.
