I received the wrong item!

First off, please accept our sincerest apologies!  This would likely have just been human error on the packing line.

Please begin your exchange here. You must include a photo of what you received in your return.

You would just need to then mail back the incorrect item and let us know after 8 working hours from when you drop it.  As soon as your watch has been scanned as on the way by USPS, we can create your replacement order and have the correct item sent out to you right away.

We’ll also upgrade your exchange to Premium Shipping too so you'll get this as quickly as possible.
