On your Angel Watch app, simply activate 'Reject Unknown Caller', and all incoming calls, apart from those saved in the watch's address book, will be blocked.
Please make sure you save the phone contacts in your app's Phone Book in the following format to ensure your network recognizes the number and knows to unblock it:
+15551239999
(i.e. with a '+', then country code, area code, number. No spaces or dashes)
Also, no special characters or spaces can be on the phonebook name.
