Password disappears when trying to register

If the password disappears while you’re trying to register your Angel Watch™ account, please review the following requirements carefully:

Password Requirements

Make sure your password:

  • Is 8–16 characters long
  • Uses letters and numbers only
  • Contains at least one capital letter
  • Does not include special characters or symbols

Passwords that don’t meet all of these criteria may not be accepted and can appear to clear automatically.

Security Code Check

Please also ensure that you are entering the security code shown on the registration screen.

  • If you’re unsure about any of the characters, tap the circular refresh arrow to generate a new code before continuing.

Confirm App Region

Your app region must be set to North America, regardless of your physical location.

  • You can verify this by signing out of the app and checking the region selection on the login screen.
