SHIPPING POLICY SUMMARY
All transit times presented in all shipping options, both free and paid, are estimated and from the date of fulfilment, not from the date of order.
You are notified of this in your Order Confirmation email. If this is an issue, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order and we will adjust this for you.
Shipments are typically dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12:00 on a weekday.
We do not fulfil shipments on weekends or public holidays and do not offer weekend delivery.
For other parts of the world, standard shipping rates visible on checkout will apply. This may take a little longer to arrive depending on the destination country. Shipping to countries outside of the United States of America can take between 15-40 days.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you for all shipping methods usually within four (4) business days of placing your order. Please ensure the email address you provided is accurate and add us to your spam whitelist.
All indicated transit times for shipments are based on our shipping provider's average shipping time.
For our customer's convenience and piece of mind, we offer full insurance on all shipments. This is provided to our customers at no additional charge and covers against excessive delays, lost or stolen shipments as well as damaged or missing items.
- For Economy and Standard shipping, please allow five (5) business days from the date of shipment before filing a claim.
- For Express shipping, please allow either two (2) business days since the last tracking update or four (4) days since the date of shipment before filing a claim.
