Estimated delivery times, including 2-Day Delivery, are estimations and not guaranteed by either the shipping courier or by ourselves.
Should your shipment take longer than normal, our paid shipping options offer insurance directly with us. In the rare case that your shipment ceases tracking and no tracking update is recorded for thirty (10) days, we will issue you a full refund or send you a free replacement.
For free, uninsured shipments where your shipment ceases to track and no update is recorded for sixty (21) days, we offer a 50% refund on your order or a 50% discount on your replacement. If your original unit does eventually arrive, you are more than welcome to retain it or return it (sealed and unopened) through our online Returns Portal and we will refund you 50% of your first (initial) order.
Shipping charges in all cases are non-refundable.
