Shipping Policy Summary

Our shipping accuracy exceeds 98%, with most orders arriving within the estimated transit time. Please note that all transit times are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Shipping Information

  • All transit times shown for both free and paid shipping options are estimated and begin from the date of fulfillment, not the date the order is placed.
  • This information is included in your Order Confirmation email. If this presents an issue, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays, and weekend delivery is not available.
  • For destinations outside the United States, standard international shipping rates shown at checkout apply. International deliveries may take 15–40 days, depending on the destination country.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you for all shipping methods, usually within four (4) business days of placing your order. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder.
  • All indicated transit times are based on the shipping carrier’s average delivery times.

Shipping Insurance & Claims

For your convenience and peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured at no additional cost. This insurance covers:

  • Excessive delivery delays
  • Lost or stolen shipments
  • Damaged or missing items

When to File a Claim

  • Economy & Standard Shipping: Please allow five (5) business days from the shipment date before filing a claim.
  • Express Shipping: Please allow two (2) business days since the last tracking update or four (4) business days from the shipment date before filing a claim.
